• Wash before first use on a warm, gentle cycle using liquid detergent. For best results, use our Gentle Wash Laundry Concentrate.
• Limit tumble-drying to low settings and avoid overloading the machine. Warm iron if needed.
• Do not bleach or dry-clean, and if your bedding happens to stain, launder immediately.
• We do not recommend the use of brighteners or boosters.

We offer returns for eligible change of mind purchases within 45 days from the date of delivery, less any express shipping cost. Items marked as 'final sale' from our Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return for any eligible item.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the United Kingdom on orders over £50. Orders under this threshold are subject to a £5 shipping fee. Shipping is £30GBP for the rest of the world.
