Shipping & Returns
All orders will usually be dispatched locally from London, United Kingdom. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details. If we can assist you with your order in any way, please be in touch with us at hello@bedthreads.com.au.
Shipping
Shipping is free to anywhere in the United Kingdom on orders over £50. Orders under this threshold are subject to a £5 shipping fee.
For AU and NZ customers. please visit our AU site.
For U.S and Canada customers, please visit our U.S site.

- United Kingdom - Standard shipping: 2-3 business days
- United Kingdom - Express shipping: 1-2 business days
- Rest of World: 7 – 16 business days (depending on location and local customs)
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order.
Please note:
- There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.
- We are unable to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Iran and Crimea (Ukraine).
- All orders to the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia will require a PO Box address to be successfully delivered.
Returns
We offer returns for eligible change of mind purchases within 45 days, less any express shipping cost. Items marked as 'final sale' from our Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return for any eligible item.
For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed.
To take the stress out of gifting, we’re offering 60-day returns on all items purchased (excluding final sale items from our Last Chance collection) prior to 25 December 2024. Any gifts returned without an order receipt will be eligible for store credit or exchange of equivalent value.

Faulty items
Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at hello@bedthreads.com.au with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible.
If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
