This Easy Tofu Steak With Sticky Orange Sauce and Rice Will Elevate Your Mid-Week Dining
Turn up the flavour with Rhian Melvin's moreish recipe.
Welcome to Put on a Spread, a recipe series that takes you inside the kitchens – and dining rooms – of some of our favourite home cooks. For this instalment, Manchester-based cook Rhian Melvin shares her recipe for tofu steak with sticky orange sauce and rice.
When it comes to weeknight dinner options, we look for recipes that are simple, affordable, and packed with flavour. And our new go-to is this moreish tofu dish from Rhian Melvin.
This simple recipe is brought to life thanks to the sticky orange sauce. The tofu is marinated in it before being crisped to perfection in the air fryer, and dressed again in the sauce.
It's simple cooking at its best and one to add to your rotation when the week is long but you're in need of a good feed.
