This Simple Baked Brie With Chilli, Thyme, and Honey Is the Ultimate Crowd Pleaser
It's the perfect dinner party snack, sandwich filler, or midweek treat.
Welcome to Put on a Spread, a recipe series that takes you inside the kitchens – and dining rooms – of some of our favourite home cooks. For this instalment, Victoria Minell shares her recipe for baked brie with chilli, thyme, and honey.
Recipes that require minimal effort but offer maximum reward are what we love, and baked brie meets that brief perfectly. For this iteration of the gooey snack, Victoria Minell has topped the creamy French cheese with chilli for a kick, thyme for a herby note, and honey for sweetness – the flavour profile is deliciously balanced.
If you're looking for a quick and easy dish to kick off a dinner party, look no further than this 10-minute baked brie. Simply serve it alongside a crusty baguette and you're good to go!
