All of our Gallery pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. We suggest selecting your artwork carefully, and reading all details and descriptions prior to purchase. Delivered artworks must be opened within 24 hours of receiving them to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us immediately at hello@bedthreads.com.au

No, all our Gallery pieces are not eligible for purchase with a discount code.

Yes, all artworks have been created exclusively for Bed Threads Gallery. Each artwork is a one-off piece, and ceramics are one-off or created in extremely limited quantities. Once sold, these pieces will not be available again.

All Gallery pieces will be shipped directly from the artists and may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. If Gallery pieces are purchased together with other items, the Gallery item will be shipped separately. All Gallery pieces are professionally packaged to properly protect the artwork and ensure safe transit.

Framing, materials, and sizes vary greatly. Please read the product description and details carefully where this will be noted.

Bed Threads Gallery features one-off original artworks which are only available in our Australian store, but can be shipped internationally. If you’re shopping from outside Australia, you’ll need to checkout via our Australian store (bedthreads.com.au) to make your purchase. Enter your postal address and country of residence at checkout and we will arrange shipping to your address anywhere in the world.
